The Hilson Personnel Suitability Survey (
HPSS) and the Hilson Applicant Survey-Revised (
HAS-R) are two pre-employment screening tests now available online. These tests of personality and behavior patterns can be combined or taken separately to provide a comprehensive profile of each job candidate.
The HPSS is a "Screen In" test that evaluates social/communication skills, drive, work ethic, social sensitivity and self-confidence.
The HAS-R is a "Screen Out" test that focuses on identifying characteristics such as low frustration tolerance, lack of integrity, and antisocial behavior patterns.
Note to Users: Both the HPSS and the HAS-R can be taken by a job candidate on your web site when it is linked to the Hilson Research On-Line Test Center. You can customize the information and add your logo on the Test Center page that is seen by the candidate when taking tests. Test results, including a detailed report in WORD format, will be e-mailed to your designated address within seconds.
