HMI contains two validated Hilson Research tests in one test booklet:
1) Hilson Personnel Profile/Success Quotient (HPP/SQ)
2) Hilson Management Survey (HMS)
• Test time approximately 40 minutes
• Customized norms available
• Technical manuals provide validation research for each component of the HMI
